Heatline condense problems

I recently moved to our new house, where it has an old Heatline Condense boiler. Currently its giving me some problems:
- Whenever my spouse turn on the kitchen sink tap, the water pressure and temperature in the ground floor shower decreases. Does this means that I have to get a new boiler? Or is there any way to fix that?
- When I turn the switch to DHW and CH mode, there is a loud rumbling sound. This sound goes away when I turn on the radiator knob, which suggests that there is air in the system. Is there anyway for me to remove the air in the system? There is no sound when the switch is in DHW mode.
- Last but no least, how do I know how powerful is my boiler?
Many thanks in advance

Good after: I'm not familiar with the 'Heatline Condense' (model number?) but if it is a combination boiler what you're experiencing with the DHW flow is normal. If the boiler and central heating system hasn't been serviced in the last year, get someone in. Call Heatline for further info on your boiler. More on heating and hot water systems here.
