Just a warning if you return goods to the above( part of homeshoppingdirect.com)

I ordered so goods from Jacamo and subsequently returned them about 3 weeks later as I didn't get chance to take them to the post office earlier.

Anyway, as my return overlapped when my next statement was being produced, and a credit charge was added to my account for the returned items, and I was being charged credit on goods I had returned. (£0.0262 per £1 of credit)

I've now finally had the charge taken off my account after several emails to them explaining I had returned the goods so how could they charge credit on something I haven't got, and they said they've done it as a guesture of good will !! which implies they wouldn't normally, even though goods were returned.

Now, I'm not sure if they would of credited the following month once the return had gone through thier system, but I got them impression that it wouldn't of unless I queried it.

So just a word of warning to check the amount you are being charged credit on if you've returned goods, it was only a Fiver in my case but it all adds up and like I said I'm sure if I hadn't queried it, the charge would have remained on my account, or thats the impression I got from the emails recieved from them.
