You may recall that afew weeks ago I had a faulty keyboard and HP agreed to send me a new one. Well depsite numerous e`mails and excuses from them such as problems with their `tool` their `database` I still havn`t received it. Each time I e`mail them there is another problem and its going to be another 10 working days!! I`m getting a little fed up and just wondered if anyone had a contact number for HP in the UK.
Thanks
Thanks

Any phone numbers that anyone may have used in the past to speak to a UK customer service person would be great. Thanks0 -
You could try emailing the CEO of HP: http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/execteam/email/hurd/index.html0
