Does anyone know of a website where local garages bid to do servicing/repairs for your car? Similar to mybuilder.com.

no, but i cant imagine good garages not being on it, the two garages i use (i live in two places) always have a waiting list and do no advertising, so dont need to do tenders

I used the good garage scheme site for my last servicing and the people I chose were an awful lot cheaper than my old place and very helpful too.
