Warning - Fat Face watches - avoid

I bought an expensive (for me anyway) £100 watch from Fat Face, which is normally one of my favourite shops. I took it home and it stopped overnight. I took it back, only to be told that I couldn't get a refund or a replacement, but it had to be sent away to be repaired. This took around 3 weeks. I then picked it up, took it home and by the next morning it had stopped again. I did then get a full refund. This may have been an unfortunate one off experience, I don't know. But I just wanted to warn people that their company policy is to repair rather than replace or refund, it takes a long time and the watch still didn't work.
