Problem with podcasts on my iPhone!

I can download podcasts to my iPhone via iTunes, I can see them on my iPhone, but some don't show up on the posdcasts section on my iPhone when viewing them in iTunes!
I've tried a restore of my phone but that hasn't helped, does anyone know what the problem could be???
