Just Beautifully merchant amazon

I ordered some nail inc bits from them via amazon, presents for myself from oh.

Dispatched 22nd November

Still waiting on the item, rang them yesterday- they blamed royal mail.

Emailed them- they said they are looking into it

As far as I know the mail has had no disruptions at all, we have had 12 parcels for the kids in the past week no problemo.

Wondering if I should be patient a little longer or be firm now...perhaps I am being impatient:o

Anyone had any experience with them would be most appriciated

Thanks in advance

Things do go missing in the post. The Royal Mail is good for what they do (contrary to what some would have you believe) but they are not perfect. It's not unlikely that one packet could have been held up or lost while others get through.

I'd give it a couple of days then raise it. They say allow so long for delivery and I think it's a bit more than just a fortnight.

    Hi there Rebekah24,

I'm having the same problem with this company too. According to Amazon e-mail my order was dispatched on the 23rd of November and I haven't received it. I e-mailed just beautifully on Monday to see what has happened to my order & received an e-mail back on Wednesday saying that they would check with the warehouse & get back to me. I'm still waiting!!

Tried phoning them but it is always an answer machine. Have left a message and another e-mail with them this morning & I'll let you know if I here anything from them.

I also contacted Amazon and they have told me to wait until Monday & if I still haven't heard from them I have to recontact Amazon and fill out a claims form as the order should not be taking anywhere near this long to arrive.

Wish I'd checked their feedback before I ordered from them as this seems to be a recurring occurence with them.

Hope this helps in some way! Let me know how you get on!
  • There are varying Royal Mail problems throughout the country though- so maybe there are problems where this company are based???

    What problems are there?

Even if there are problems with the mail surely it is still common courtesy to reply to customers e-mails and telephone calls. I still haven't heard anything back from this company offering any kind of explanation as to what has happened to my order. On checking their feedback this seems to be a recurring problem with this company(only wish I'd checked it first) As my order was placed through the marketplace at Amazon they are now investigating the matter!

I am having the same problem. Ordered a hairdryer on 17/11. Funds were debited from my account on the same day. Contacted them last week and was told the item had been sent out on 19/11 (although never received an email about this). Tried to chase them several times today (and left messages) but no one is getting back to me.

Something is up methinks. Very frustrating.

Have just spoken to Just Beautifully. Seems the delivery firm they use somehow managed to lose an entire van load of items around 20/11.

They have agreed to send me a replacement.

    I suggest everyone perseveres.
