Car tax band?

I need to tax my car today (run out yesterday - but didn't drive mine yesterday anyway).
The renewal hasn't arrived.

I don't know what bank mine is & I can't find that info on the log book.

I need that to fill out the form at the post office.

Its a Suzuki Grand Vitaria 57 1.6 VVT+

On the website you supplied it says

CO2:199 g/km

But on the log book it says

CO2:210 g/km

?????

Sorry! I think the log books the better one to go with!

I would have thought the people in the Post Office will be able to help with the form though??
