My other half has up to now been working 2.5 days a week for company A and 2.5 days a week for company B. Both jobs were temping admin jobs.
Company A has terminated the contract.
Can she claim any job seekers benefit ?
Does any one know the rules in a quick summary
(apologies for my lazyness !)

Almost certainly not.
For a start, anything she earns above five pounds is deducted (pound for pound) from that week's JSA. So if she earns more than 65 pounds for the remaining work each week, she would not get any JSA in any case.0 -
no entitlement to JSA if working 16 hours per week or more, under 16 hours and that is when the wages ruling kicks inskintbint x
