I put all my £2, £1 and 50p coins into my sealed pot but have seperate pots for my 20p, 10p 5p and copper coins then when they feel heavy i count up and bag the coins and pay them into the bank putting the same amount in notes and coins into my sealed pot. It limits the change bagging and bag number at the end :)

    :D

thanks for sharing this with us think i might start to do it, as you ay it saves alot of time at the bank.

Cafe's and small shops etc are happy to have your change,
saves you a visit to the bank.
Mine gave me 2 hot chocolates with all the toppings.
It saves them paying the bank for the change so you're doing a good deed too!

Have managed to put in £4.62 today. Don't think I will be putting many more coins in my pot until the new year.
