Just put another £1.10 into pot. :j I "found" £2.20 in fleece jacket belonging to OH, and another 10p in his jeans pocket. I was tidying up, you understand.
So I think I have been fair in the sharing out of said £2.30. £1.10 for me, 60p for OH and 3 x 20p for grandchildren's pots. :A
It pays to stay home and tidy. !
Morning our Elsie,
I see you've also been conscripted into Sue's pocket raiders, is there no bounds to the lengths you ladies will go to put coinage into your pots? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Nice post Spark.! As a wife of an ex forces guy who was 23 year years in service, and he served in the Faulklands and also as the mother of a son serving in the RAF and who spent 5 months in the Gulf at 19. I thank you for those sentiments in that email. I believe that whatever our thought on war etc, we must remember that the guys over there are doing a job that they signed up for, and we must support them and their families especially at this time of year.

By the way Sparky, I am not a pocket raider......the money fell on the floor whilst I was hanging them up.
I did have to tip them upside down the make sure the creases were ok. Whatever will you think next. !

The magazine Which? Computing said it had heard from people around the country who had been called by scammers pretending to be from the computer software giant Microsoft or an internet service provider.
Some victims had their bank accounts emptied as a result of the con.
The ruse works by making people think that their computer has a virus. The "problem" is then fixed by a series of steps which ends with the scammers being allowed remote access to the computer.
To add insult to injury, people are also asked to provide their credit card details in order to pay a fee for the repair.
Which? Computing has reported the scam to the police central e-crime unit and Microsoft.
Jaclyn Clarabut, assistant editor of Which? Computing, said the magazine had received about 10 calls from around the country but it was aware that trading standards officers were also receiving some.
She thought there were only a handful of cases where people were defrauded.
"We wanted to draw attention to this before the situation gets any worse," she said.Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Total for SPC3 £1,030.57 Total For SPC 4 £2247.00 Total for SPC 5 £2574.62 :T Total for SPC 6 £4552.91:T

And it's a little parky today isn't it? I'm trying to wake up after nights and I'm not doing very well!!!

Good for you managing to get time with her, all you can do is be there for her mate.

It's chilly mate, getting ready soon, to take the dog for her walk, the dark days are no good for anyone mate
Also my DW has got an ear, nose and throat infection, so she's on antibiotics until Christman day
