Hi Kerfuffle! Your hubby's secret is safe with just us few thousand on MSE, but oh boy, does that "bread and butter pudding in the oven" appeal to me! :j:drool: I adore it and even our lad made some back on the summer, it was delicious!!!

What's this about chocolates reb???! You're 'avin a giggle surely, the best you'll get whilst on the naughty seat is a smartie IF you're lucky!!!

Hi Jess, just do your very best and save cash wherever you can!

We had a brilliant time and danced the night away to a great group on Saturday evening!!!:j_party_ However, all that was missing was that there were NO pennies on the dance floor or hidden in the food!!! :( Or maybe I'm thinking of Christmas Pud!! No hangover sparky! Totally teetotal.

Have a wonderful week everyone. Keep saving and keep safe!

Sue New friends wishing to join us, please just ask below and I'll be with you ASAP.

    Hi everybody,

    1 x $2.00 and 1 very shiney $1.00 in the pot today.

Just to let you into a little secret 'cos hubby told me not to tell anybody - we're both working on trying to be more frugal, so I've spent all morning and part of the afternoon on MSE, and so far he's got bread in the breadmaker, peanut cookies in the cookie jar, bread and butter pudding in the oven, and he's now on with mince pies. I just love days like this. He's going to make somebody a lovely wife one day, lol. I've taught him well, my work here is done.:rotfl::rotfl:

The Christmas tree is lit, The Christmas Album is playing on the stereo and it's snowing. It's finally starting to feel like Christmas.:T

I hope everybody is having a great day too.:j
    :xmastree:

    ps. and CUSTARD with SKIN!!!

    Morning kerfuffle,
I've just made red onion chutney, red grape chutney, both go well with pate or cheese, and cranberry sauce, DW loves it, and distributed it to friends and neighbours

 Hello guys! How are we all!

I was just wondering if i could be really extreme and put my target at 350 pounds , which for me is a lot on the small apprenticship wage i am on but im adamant next Christmas will be amazing :) a proper Christmassy Decemeber due to saving.

I have not managed to add any more then the 2-3 pounds i have already clunked into the new pot. But i am hoping before Xmas day another 2 or 3 pounds will be added. No breaking into the pot this year!

Sorry not posted in a while

Went to see Alladin Panto at the thearte today with my 4yr old Godson and my cousin is less then 11 months older then me , which was lovely. When we got back my Godson and my family put the Xmas Decs up , still dont feel very Christmassy though. I have wrapped some presents and written some cards but still not full on Xmassy yet lol. To stressed with finding money for everyone's presents.

:) Will post later or tomorrow hopefully , need you guys to keep me in check lol! :j

    Morning young Jess,
In order for us to keep you in check, we need you to be here with us :D, so glad you enjoyed the panto with your cousin and godson ;)
