  • opened my sealed pot yesterday, target was £100 for christmas, counted it all up and had £28.74 which is good for me.

So instead of using for Christmas (as i'm on track for buying presents) i'll be starting my new pot off instead and will be aiming for another £100 for Christmas next year. Hoping to be a bit more thrifty and put as much change in each month as I can :D

we've had at least 3" of snow this morning so won't be going anywhere, instead going to get some Christmas cards done and sort out my excel sheet for next years outgoings, oh the fun of seeing your money spent before you even get it! _pale_

  • I got my cash out and all the notes without smashing it!!!:D:j How clever am I??
The top did take a beating though and bears the scars :o

Im soooo pleased and excited I had to stay off the forums till today to save me blurting it out....drum roll please....
I have £852.70 in my pot :D (having to use £32 for my car tax but will replace it when I get to the bank! So still counting it!) £852 is going into the bank the 70p can keep the pot company for the next year!

OH does have eyes everywhere SUE because he's managed to get £60 off of me!! Not adding it to the total now as I dont know when (if ever!) I will get it back :( I could have had £912.70. Will be more careful next time!

    :TWell done everyone!!! :T
