I have a silly question before I go...I have a £4.00 Tesco clubcard voucher. If I use it for a 4x reward which can only be used in multiples of £2.50 will I lose the £1.50 on the voucher? Hope that makes sense...

Hiya LC, it's not a silly question at all, just that you're unsure of it and for that matter ......so am I! So I can only suggest that you ask them. How about ringing them first if it feels better for you. Or you could ask on one of the shopping boards here, someone's bound to know the answer. BTW, you do what you're happiest with re the pot - though be careful! :) I'm sticking mine back in after it's counted.

That is just not true sparky, we're pocket pinchers, rolls off the tongue better....and our the pockets!!! :p to you too! Saving towards a trip to Poland to see Krakow and have a trip to Auschwitz sounds very interesting. It's good to broaden the horizons. All the best with saving for it.

LC 2, you do whatever you're happiest with re the pot - why not. I hope you had a lovely time with your grandson, cuddled up together, it sounds blissful. :) I wonder why it is that kiddies can watch the same DVD over and over, mine are just the same, though....so am I, especially if it's a Christmas one! :j

Observer, I'm so pleased the meal went off ok and you enjoyed it all, though....6 courses??!!! I'd be wondering what the heck to do with it all.

Applecider, you sound slightly potty about your unfilled pot being unlucky, but then it is you! ;) Well done with your £100! You asked what folk have planned for their money, mine was for hubby and I to go towards a holiday to my very dear friend in BC, Canada, but even by next summer it wouldn't be enough. I guess I'll add ours up and pop it back in the pot for another year.

£2 in the pot for me AND hubby gave it to me, honest!!!!! :jNo pinching it, as if I'd do such a thing

Have a lovely weekend, everyone but....keep on saving whilst keeping very safe! :)

Sue x Anyone wishing to join in, please just ask as it's never too late and you'll be in for next year and.....evermore! Or longer. ;)

When you do the conversion they'll credit the 'change' back to your clubcard points balance. So you'll get that £1.50 in the next mailing.

A few more small copper ones in to my bottle today.

    Morning everyone
Thanks Sue for clarifying the correct terminology of your little sub-gang :rotfl:.

Poland & Auschwitz has always been a place I've wanted to visit, ever since my school days and history lessons. Also watching The World at War with my Dad.

    Done a MS last night and received 1 X £2 coin & 2 X 50p pieces, so they've been popped into the Summer 2011 fund tin :D

Working 6 hours overtime today, so that's extra money to the Poland fund :D

Got 1 last Christmas present to buy and we're done :j, oh I love being organised :A

We've only got 18 days  to the Grand Opening

Have a great day everyone, stay safe and keep saving ;)

Oh sparky..just 1 last Christmas present when I've barely begun yet!!! It's one of those years when I haven't a clue what to get any one! Keep right on saving for Poland, it's great when we can fulfil our dreams and ambitions, good for you!

Thanks a lot Applecider, I see you obviously stay in touch with your friends then ...or not!! :D

    £2 for me yesterday.

Very organised this year, going to get the last prezzie today, then sit back and relax! Took a chance on the Euro lotto on Friday and got 2 numbers & 1 star, but I can't find out how much I've won because the lotto site is down.

    Enjoy your Sunday hun x
