I put another £1ish in the pot yesterday :) Is it me or is this saving malarky actually quite addictive??? If I haven't any money to put in there I feel like I've let myself down..... That's quite sad really isn't it?? :D Damn this thread :D
Have some coppers here to put in the wine bottle today and will raid the OH's wallet later

    :jHELLO EVERYONE! :j

    I am Back! :D
Your life is going to be tough now!
After being away for months I have finally come back to join you all.
2009 has not been the best year for us but what the heck, I'm back.
I didn't stop my sealed pot.
My pot, as I said on the last page finally had £899.
    my target was £1000
I was well chuffed especially as I have another secret pot with about £80 in which is mine, mine and mine! No one is getting a penny of it but ME!

    Now where are my mates!!
    My sparring partners?
    And..
if I set my target here can I please set it at £1000 again,
mind how the heck I will do it I'm not sure another of our girls is determined to spend her inheritance this year, she is marrying! arrggghhhh!
    CHRISTMAS GREETINGS TO YOU ALL
    ....now where is Little Chicken?
    :T

    HELLO REB,
Great to see you back here, I've missed the banter with you (I think!), you had a brilliant total for SPC2 :T:T Hope you're going to be good this year ;)
Hi everyone, is this the place to be for 2010 SPC? :j

I never joined last year as I didnt see it. But I have saved up regardless:D. I have counted my coins up today and I have £226 (:oand I did dip into it a couple of times when I was broke, so probably had more!!) and there is some loose change that will start this new SPC..

So please add me to the list and I will do my upmost not to pinch out of it.. I will have a target of £300..

(Just thought I'd tell you my little trick, I have an old intensive conditioner pot, Treseme I think, I keep it in the cupboard above the kettle, and empty my purse of change, daily, then when thats full, I find my Quality Street jar and empty it in.. It builds up in 'chunks' then!):A

    Hiya TM06
Because you saved last year, and if it's OK with Sue. I'm going to add your total to SPC2 overall total :D

    Hi all,

Been shopping and ended up with 2 x £2 coins, so they have gone to keep the other one company......a bit of a rattle going on in there now. ! Long may it continue.
