Went to town for a pot last weekend, nothing but small hannah montana ones in poundland which was disappointing, so came home without one.
Instead, I decided to save myself some money by cutting a hole in a small shoe box I found for my coins and notes. I put some bands around the ends so that I don't open it. Well, not before December 1st anway! :-D ..only 270 days to go.:rudolf::santa2:
only 45p for me since then. Brings my sealed pot total to £66.37!:j
Probably nothing for me for the next week as I don't get any money til then. But heres to hoping that I find something.

I saw a penny in the road today, but was too embarrassed to pick it up. I only collect roadkill if there's no-one about. 5 pence shopping change in the pot today :T.

I've just put 35p in my pot and I noticed that it made a different sound than usual.. There was no tinkle just a THUD!!! I've decided its 'cos the tin is sooo full that the money doesn't have far to fall anymore!!! Its heavy too.
