Not sure if this is the right place to put this but my husband had just received a letter from the above as he has having problems paying his credit card we have been advised that the above is not the best company to deal with and put everything in writing starting with :-
Before you even think about making any sort of acknowledgement or payment you MUST ensure that they have the LEGAL right to collect the debt.
This is achieved by requesting a copy of the Signed, Executed Credit Agreement via a Consumer Credit Act (CCA) request
We would like to come to some agreement to pay a reduce figure and clear the debit how do we go about this. does anyone know about this company
