Urgent help needed Club La Costa

I hope I am posting his in the right place but if not I apologise.

We fell into the Club La Costa trap a couple of year back and have not used the points since. We have not paid this years maintenance fee and obviously next years will be due in January. We are desperate to sell this to try and clear some of the finance we have taken out for this poduct as it is crippling us. We do not have the money to clear the maintenance charges.

Does anyone know of any company that will take this awful product off of our hands without wanting fees and maintenance charges paid?

We are desperate any ideas welcomed

May I refer you to this thread ? Perhaps one of those apologists or employees for this scam company might come on here and help you. Don't hold your breath!

If you go down a bit and click on ' Warning Club La Costa' there is a lot of info on there.
But to get you a quick start. Stop any payments maintenance and finance. Send a letter to both CLC and the finance Co stating 'Gross Misrepresentation ' This should list ALL the misselling that you were told by their persuasive reps.
This is what I have done. I have lost my membership but have not paid CLC for several years and have had no come back from them.
The finance side is taking a bit longer, but have not paid that for several years. There is soon to be a group action against CLC/ Finance Co's. Go to the TCA (Timeshare Consumers Association ) and give them a ring.
