How do I update the maps on my MyGuide 3100 satnav easily?

As the title says, how do I update the maps on my MyGuide 3100 easily? Please help, bought this as a christmas present and some streets built 3 years ago aren't on it.
Any ideas please?

myguides are terrible for after purchase support and updates

It's fairly easy to put Tomtom with the latest maps on the Myguide. Help and instructions are easy to follow here:-

Myguide are terrible for support because they went bust about 2 yrs ago. To get updates there is a 3rd party website but for howlong they will keep it going who knows.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
