Tesco - Garden Furniture Half Price (merged)

Just a quick note to let you know I popped into Tescos at 6am this morning and the half price garden furniture is flying off the shelves.

The poor chap putting the items out can't bring them out fast enough, there were queues of people asking for different items.

According to the Tesco checkout girl she has never seen anything like it!

Just wanted to warn you in case you had planned to get some. The chap did however say that there will be another big delivery tonight, so for those who might miss out today, it sounds like second chance tomorrow!

It was also flying off the shelves in Tesco in Watford. I managed to get a couple of packs of pads for the chairs I bought last year when Tesco did this.

Just thought I'd let you know there is plenty left in tesco extra Newport, Gwent. Just been in on my lunch hour and got a gas table top patio heater for £30.

I think there were but as I didn't walk around the whole lot because I only wanted heaters dont count on me being right. There were some really cheap table and chair sets though. Are you far from there as I could always go and have a look later if it helps you?

Cardiff Tesco Western Avenue had everything half price - almost sold out of most of the cheaper things.

I got a large glass table, 4 lovely reclining chairs, a parasol and a table cover all for £150 instead of £300.

Big queue to pay for them and the stuff was literally flying off the shelves

Just been into the Stafford store and the table, 4 chairs and parasol in a set are half price at about £46. It looked a really nice set but I don't need them as garden isn't big enough!

Great Yarmouth - no hardwood tables left according to CS who I spoke to on the phone.

Sprowston had about 10 large ali/glass tables left with some small cafe-style hardwood tables, some parasols, parasol bases and a few chairs, but was selling fast.

I'm not aware that Harford has any such stock - ceratinly none on Wednesday night

Naturally, Stalham is too small for such material - which is probably why they want to take over the rest of the high street in this expansion. :-(
