NB : i received a "ms net framework error" in Internet Explorer [IE], but i know mine is out of date, so i fired up firefox and the form went through fine, it may well work for others in IE but i didnt want to try it again

    It doesn't matter where the image is hosted as the picture image belongs to Lexmark and by posting the image the op could be in breach of there copyright :naughty:

  • Got the error, pressed the "back" button and form was still there fully filled in. Pressed "submit" again and it went through fine.........so might be worth trying if you have the same prob? I'm using IE8
