British Gas.

Hope someone can advise.British gas now list my accounts with Experian - which ok no problem I pay on time etc.

Problem I have is they have listed also an address I have not lived at for 3 years - that address was pre pay meter. From then on I have lived at properties with meters also with British gas.I moved over to another supplier briefly at my current address, but went back to British Gas.

I have called them about this but getting no joy having this address removed!

Anyone got any advice/

Hi londonuk2008 - I think it's a bit odd that BG have you listed on Experian for an address you left the 3 years ago, particularly one with a pre-pay meter, and wonder if there is a real or phantom debt showing on BG's system.
Customer service desk staff at all the Utilities are famous for getting it wrong, so if it were me I would WRITE to BG asking for an explanation
    All the best
