"In order to enable the hibernation file, you must have at least as much free space on your system drive as there is physical memory in the computer. If you do not have adequate free space available, you will get the following error when you run this Fix it Solution:
This "Fix it" does not apply to your system."
Oh looks like Im gonna have to delete some stuff in order to get it back. How do I know how much memory my computer has?0 -
Its ok, I need to have 2gb free and at the moment it says I only have 1.44gb. My laptop doesnt seem to recognise that it has 2 hard drives it only seems to pay attention to the C drive despite the fact that the other one is mainly empty, think that I probably needed to do something to make it save stuff to one drive and other stuff to the other but didnt know that until I had filled the first one! if that makes sense.0

By default, unless you tell the OS or Software differently, everything will be written to your C drive including your data - even if you completely fill C, then it still won't move onto the other by itself. If your hard drive is getting full, then keep your C drive for OS and software, and try to put your data onto the second hard drive - you can always create a shortcut on C and point it to the other drive if you want to make it more transparent.0
