Heating Or Hot Water On?
After reading another thread I'm a bit confused about my gas central heating. It's a fairly new system with individual controls for water and heating. I just put the water on timer for one hour a day. Now I'm using the heating for 4-6 hrs a day on manual. My question is...do I still need to put the hot water on for an hour, or will I get the hot water from the heating being on? Hope this makes sense!

Presumably tou have a hot water tank and the boiler is not a combi?
The Central heating being on will not heat the water.
If having the Hot Water on for an hour produced sufficient hot water earlier in the year, it will do so now.0
