FAB customer Service - Firefox.com

Friendly, fast and fabulous - I made a mistake with an order and they very promptly responded and sent me the info to return the goods.

Will be ordering other stuff from them. Oh, and loved the bright orange packaging too.

I have to agree, plus you get free delivery on your next purchase and a voucher code on the back of the catalogue. It's a great site.

  • It's all good having brilliant customer service, but when paying at least double the price (of competitors), it should be expected, no?

I've never seen something where firebox is the cheapest.. It's just clever marketing and a good(ish) website.

You need to get hold of some firebox voucher codes. They have them on the back of their catalogue and you can find them online too. Helps reduce the prices!
  • Wow!

Didn't think anyone bought gear from Firebox at listprice!

....I too enjoy the sweeties :)
