Bought son a Toshiba laptop in April this year.
About a month ago the power supply/charger died.
I emailed Toshiba last week (son was using OH's charger in the meantime), and they emailed me back on Friday just gone, asking me to ring.
I rang them this morning and they are sending out a new power pack which should be here in 3-5 days!
No questions asked, no fuss, no bother and a nice polite gentleman on the phone who I could understand.
Very happy!
