This third order problem thing - has anyone managed to sort it without phoning/emailing?

I'm scared of ruining the glitch for others if I ring up and they see my order with the free bits! I know that foxy-lady added stuff to her basket so they didnt realise, but I cant add anything as my order is completed, but rejected, if that makes sense....its not still in my basket.0 -

I've done 3 orders with no problems but not on the same day, 2 last week and one today although tempted by another but theres only so many people I can give the roller balls as presents :rotfl:0 -
Yeah but now I've had one order rejected, will they all be until I ring them? or will it just reset the counter to zero orders for tomorrow?
Its so odd, I dunno why it works like that anyway, surely they want as many orders as possible, no matter whether its 5 people doing 1 order each or 1 person doing 5 orders, they get the same amount of business!0 -
If I add 4 sparkle rollers to my order I get 2 wraps free BUT if I add another 2 rollers, so 6 in total, it charges me £20 for the third wrap???

So in the end, I just went for the 4 rollers and 2 wraps for £12 delivered.
It took my £5 code but didn't take it off as order was too low.

I found that earlier while I was playing about, I think it only lets you have two lots of 3 4 2 in each order. Again, bodyshop have some funny old systems!0

For those who have blocked accounts...you have to ring them...it's the only way your account block will be lifted.
Csa could see I had 6 orders blocked. I just told her I thought the problem was at my end so I kept making orders to see if I could find a card that worked. She just cleared my account...and away I went again.
School teachers, SIL, son's g/f, daughter and I will all smell lovely and be very cosy at Xmas. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!
