Just ordered two Sparkle Roller Balls and the Cranberry Body Hug for £4.80 delivered! I really wanted that Hug so I'm delighted.

I went through TopCashBack but my last Bodyshop purchase didn't track there. Think I can live without the 18% of £4.80 though in view all the savings I've made this Christmas at Bodyshop and M&S thanks to all the helpful MSE-ers.!

What two items are you selecting? Are you definitely in the 3 for 2 section? The only items that seem to work are either in the 3 for 2 section, the christmas deal of the week, and the eye and cheek palette.

I can get the glitch in my basket- I just cant get payment to go through. The system keeps declining my payments??

Already rang saturday. Trying to ring again now- been on hold for ages!!

Thank you re the sparkle roller ball, had one in a previous order but am going to get a couple more whilst on offer as they will make great additions to presents.

The cheek and eye pallets are down to £5 now and still work with the 3 for 2.

I placed 2 small orders today and have tried number 3 but its not letting me. Says my card isnt authorised but i have tried 3 different.

Guessing its because ive placed 2 orders in a day as some earlier posters mentioned. Quite annoying though.

Ta Da! Order just gone through. I was frantically adding random stuff to my basket to disguise the glitch during the conversation with customer services lady!! She was looking at my basket simotaneously (sp?). She did something her end, told me I must use the card ending *** and assured me my order would now go through.
Once off the phone i emptied the extra stuff out of basket and payment went through. Happy now.......xx

Some people have been wondering about deliveries:

I received a despatch confirmation email on Friday for an order made on Tuesday and the order arrived today (Monday) from UPS. I ordered a Love Your Body card which didn't arrive, but the despatch email said this would be sent separately. All other items arrived fine.

(Update) The Body Shop's own website didn't keep up to date with the status of this order - the delivered order still says "paid" online even though it's been delivered.

I don't plan on returning any items but it seems you can take the despatch note from the order to any BS store which may be easier than posting the items back. The despatch note doesn't show how much you paid but it looks like the shop staff would phone the returns dept to get the price you paid.

I ordered the brush roll and agree with an earlier post that I wouldn't have paid £39. I do think the BS brushes are really good quality but for £39 I'd have chosen a different selection of brushes.

I also ordered some of the black velvet apricot items which smell really lovely - nice and fruity.
