Everyone who booked through See Tickets -

With high demand shows, they take everyones bookings and then allocate seats over the following week or two in order of time booked. I suppose it speeds things up as people aren't trying to click on the same blocks.

Its not ideal when you want to know where you're sitting but at least you know you're going to be there.

they told me my block, row and seat numbers and its in confirmation email

I am still waiting for my confirmation email from ticketmaster, i managed to get 4 tickets for cardiff in the presale about 9:30. The order is showing up in my order tracker though. Should I be worried is anyone else waiting for confirmation email from ticketmaster?

have got tickets now for Liverpool for above site
have tried several times since to get better tickets
and still getting offered tickets (not much better than I had mind)

yes i am still waiting for mine. when i booked tickets for greenday it took hours to come though.....but all was ok in the end!!!

Tried to book 2 seats at NIA (its not at the NEC!) but the site crashed during the Buy Tickets option.

Checked my bank and the money save been taken/reserved but I didn't get a confirmation or order reference.

Can't even get through on the phone!! Do I have tickets or don't I?!!!
Anyone know if they reserve the seats prior to taking the money or after the transaction have taken place?
