If yes then which is the latest smart phone which come near to do this and can we get it as PAYG and then unlock it ??

My aim ( money pending) is to replace my XDA EXEC and laptop and go for a ultra slim laptop with 3g /wifi card
but suppose it depends what you want do with/ programs to run.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
In a word - Nope
There are still times when you need the flexibility of a laptop, no question about it.
If you can get away with just reading emails, and maybe the odd reply until you can get back to base, then a smartphone is great. But for full on replies, reading/printing of attachments, producing of word/excel documents and surfing 99% of websites a laptop is still required.
It is almost there, just not quite there yet.0
