Open that folder right click the file (not folder) and delete it.

It's just a cookie, just a tracking cookie, nothing bad.

The "problem" is that your spyware probably is removing it but then you are visiting the site which creates the cookie again and so the file "comes back"

As Leesmithg says, it appears to be a simple tracing cookie so that the website that is setting it can see where you have gone after you visit their site and where you were before coming back to their site on subsequent visits. There are a fair number of "affiliate" type schemes where companies can sign up and effectively share not personal details but high level "20% of our customers look at a panasonic tv on our site then go to the panasonic website" between the other subscribers not to identify individuals but to get a better understanding of who their visitors are.

  • The best thing you can do with Spywarebot is uninstall it. It has recently been added to the respected Spyware Warrior Rogue Anti-Spyware list.

turn off third party (i.e. tracking) cookies, instructions near the bottom of this page.

You could also install https://www.ccleaner.com, and set it to cleanup on boot.
