Mobile contract with 02,palm pre doesnt work!

:mad:Hi there,bought a palm pre on contract with o2,from phones 4 u.
Bought on 22 november,
phone kept crashing, on the day i bought it,
went back,they then replaced with a new phone on 23 november.
hardly use the phones,txts only really.Come to use phone today,the same thing happened,only happens when try to call someone,which is why you buy a phone.:mad:
Went in today the 1st december,the guy called customer services etc,i told him won't rid of phone,not fot for purpose,he says due to a certain contract or something woth the palm pre and o2,he cannot do anything.
Please help before i call them and go mental
I want rid of phone,and stop the contract,how and what do i throw at these people,

The phone that you have may simply be a faulty handset - they are within their rights to expect you to accept it once repaired, if they can't repair it then they should replace it with another phone of the same model.
While I can see why you are frustrated, a new phone (same model) might work and you might love it. Try and give it a chance maybe?0 -
thanks,but don't mind the phone,called them,they said they will replace the phone again for the 3rd time,then if happens again,within 28 days,they will let me replace it with another make of phone.
Sorry but i am sure no one is happy when you replace a brand new phone within 10 days with the same problem.
