    I had to phone customer services to get a similar discount applied but didn't need to send the leaflet off to them. :)

    I had to do this last week for a £10 off and I just said that the overcharged me because I used a code of a leaflet and they credited the money to my account.

    I have never been asked to post any leaflets to them.

    yes that's right..I have used Addition direct codes quite a few times in the past..They always charge you full price..but just email them to ask them to give you the discount..They will apply it straightway..

    Ok, I just rang and successfully used the code. the freephone number found on "Say No to 0870" is 0800 0922622 press option 4.

    Not for me, I got it and pplied on the phone, rang to check as I had spent £9 and was told I am £1 in credit as well.
