Just to warn people, if you read other threads on additions direct, people have had a lot of trouble getting the discount, I certainly have and it was only £5, so I stay clear of them now. Anyway hope you are successful !

You have to actually have the voucher yourself to be able to use it as you need to post it to them to get the discount, I got the £5 off voucher from a baby mag (with free postage) which I used then this week I have had another £5 voucher (with free postage) with my statement AND the £10 off (with free postage) in a seperate mailing.

Are you saying that you also received the D6Y7 code (10 OFF & Free P&P) in a leaftlet? So anybody can use this code then as it was not specifically addressed to you.

does it show the discout at checkout cause i was actually sent this leaflet and its not showing up at checkout its still diplaying the full price, does aa take discount off after?? thanks

hi do you think that Thar might be a problem if you do not put in your customer reference number that comes wit the leaflet you got in the post.

i received this in the post a couple of days ago i think if you don't have the reference number you will have a problem.

you don't get the discount on line so you have to phone to get a refund back and they might ask you fore your reference number?

That's right it doesn't show up online, nor on your statement but then you have to phone up with your customer number & then have to post the voucher/coupon/leaflet to them so they can deduct it from your account.

No you dont

I had to do this last week for a £10 off and I just said that the overcharged me because I used a code of a leaflet and they credited the money to my account.

I have never been asked to post any leaflets to them.
