I have a buildings and contents for a special cover of over 50'S for £ 176 for period year 2009/2010 it covers most of the mouseholes required for this - You have meet the normal requirements for cover it -locks /windows - also extra bell and whistles included in the cover- We were quoted - £325 for the building - also for contents £63 =£388 but using online sites you save BiG TIME - if have the Taj Mahal to cover use a broker but 3 bed-semi in Hampshire and a low claim rate cut the cost by cutting out the middle people on your cover from a broker- Thats where the extra costs added to a policy are - It pays to READ Very Very slowly with nice cup of tea - who is taking a slice out of your pocket ! .
