Hello
I am about to renew our home insurance. If anyone could let me know how to use cashback sites.
Do I have to go directly to any home insurer in Quidco to claim cashback??
OR
Check the price through confused.com, moneysupermarket.com or others and then use QUIDCO to claim cash back.
Thanks in advance.

I think you will find some advice on this on the pages on this website. I understand the best way is to check prices on price comparison websites then see if any of the top 3-5 suitible (i.e. you have checked the cover, excess, insurer meets your needs) prices can get obtained also with cashback.
I understand you have to clear your cookies/browsing history then go to the insurer directly and get a new quote directly from them, via cashback website.
Personaly, I haven't used cashback websites as the insurers who offer cashback though them tend not to be competitve for young people living in flats in london!0 -
I've just got home insurance through confused dot com. I got the quotes then went through topcashback to the insurance company ( co-operative) and it was over £100 more so went through confused.com to it.
So better check they don't load the cost more than the cashback you get!0 -
You need to go via the Quidco pages to get cash back from them, do not go directly to the insurers site.
Follow instructions on Quidco Site.0 -
Checked a couple of sites and the lowest quote has come from a insurance company called SWINTON. Are they any good so that I can sign up with them??0
