Recently had to contact TESCO cistomer service with an Out of Warranty claim for a Bauer 32in TV that I purchased just over 2 years ago and it blew up, ( bit dramatic I know).
Sent of a claim to TESCO and they said they would consider it and I have just heard from them that they are refunding me the whole purchase price so, credit where credit is due, they deserve a pat on the back for taking responsibility for supplying a shoddy product.
It really is worth the effort of making a claim, took about a month to sort it out but have now got new TV at no cost to me.
