Should I appeal?

Hi, my girlfriend got a ticket the other day for parking in a taxi rank.
She said she very, very slightly overstepped the line with the front of her car (about 2 inches) and went into the shop opposite.
She was in the shop for only several minutes, in which time the warden ticketed her for the offence - times stating starting at 11:48 and ending at 11:48.
Is this not too quick to write a ticket, take a photo and do all the other things needed to issue a ticket??
Do you think she has any grounds for appeal, and if so, what grounds??

Can I suggest you wash the ticket of any personal information and post it here, both back and front, and you will get advice as to any faults with the ticket."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

Pics of signs, lines and the bay would also be useful. She could claim de minimus if the photo's show the overhang to be as small as she says.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
