Nokia 6700 and 3 mobile issue

Took out a new 18 month contract with 3 mobile direct from a 3 mobile shop in my local town in July of this year. The bluetooth functionality has never worked properly and I have taken the phone back to the retail shop on numerous occasions and they say that I need to reset factory settings (which makes no difference!). It's a brand new Nokia 6700 phone. I have phoned the 3 helpline and again, no joy. The 3 store in town actually told me that they would not send it away, but I could go to the Carphone Warehouse to have my phone sent away to be assessed. I did this and it was sent away and then on to Nokia to be repaired. I got this back at the end of October and the bluetooth worked for a couple of weeks, but then failed again last week. The bluetooth just won't turn on. I took it back to the carphone warehouse store that sent it away for the original repair and it has been sent away again.

This is so annoying. It's a new phone and 3 aren't even acknowledging there is a problem. There are plenty of threads on the nokia website saying that this is a known issue.

Is there anything else I can do?
