discussions on here seem to tend towards these companies offering about 50% of market value.

Valuations can be as simple as someone driving down the road and not coming into the property at all
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...

Not had any dealings with this particular company, but generally they offer well below market value. One of my clients had a company offer to by his property, a 3 bed semi, they offered £80k for a quick sale, it was sold on the open market within 2 months for £130k.

I am currently selling a property for a quick sale company, your thread has just prompted me to see what they purchased it for, purchased earlier this year for £105k, selling for £137k.

You could probably sell your property quickly by putting it on the market for £5-10k less than the market value and still be better of than using one of these companies.

"A Quick Sale Ltd" claim to give between 75% and 90% of 'market value', which is supposedly arrived at by an independent valuer. I have no experience of them, I'm just passing on what they say.

A Quick Sale was set up by a very honest man of great integrity. They work on a win-win solution to finance/housing/debt problems, and i would have no hesitation in recommending them.
