hi everyone, bit calmer now. I know what your all saying about it. However this guy has already been waiting over a week.. I have known him a LONG time and I do trust him. He has helped me immensely in other websites etc and he has hit hard times and is needing to sell asap, hence the short delines.

Its not just a url its also some very custom software. Its a package that he has built over a few years that works as a whole with a good profit margin to be made.

sorry to ask- if this 'business' is so profitable why the hard times? are the 2 related?

not at all, just he is getting divorced and needs a lump sum of cash quick. This isnt his main site as such, just that rather than wait x months to make 6 months, he can take a lump sum now.
