EON EnergyOnline Extra Saver v13

Hi, Now I must be going very mad. I am doing what Martin says and looking to switch from Eon to someone cheaper, if there is anyone cheaper. All the comparison website call my "EnergyOnline Extra Saver v13" which is what it is called on my online Bill......either dual fuel tariff or standing charge tariff....ie ..."Energy Online Extra Saver Dual Fuel 13 from EON".

Is anyone else on my tariff? Has the name changed? Sorry if this is a dumb question..

There are two versions of the Energy Online Extra Saver dual fuel tariffs. Either with or without a Standing Charge.

The type you are on will be shown on your bills. Usually highlighted at the top of the readings and charges page.

The Standing Charge will have a daily charge regardless of whether or not you use energy; whilst the No Standing Charge version will charge only for energy used.

The No Standing Charge version bills energy on a two tier system. This is described on your statement as primary and secondary units.

The Standing Charge version is not available for electricity only customers.
