its a cash back site
You need to register and read all about it.
If you buy things from its partner companies youll get a % of cash back. SO if you are changing your electircity supplier, bank account etc, theres cash back there as well.
Also you wil get money for doing free trials of dvds and other freebies like signing up to newsletters etc. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Well funny you should mention it cos I just got my first £29.67 GBP payment
This is partially for using them when changing my pet insurance policy, registering with a couple of betting sites and opening cash accounts and then withdrawing the money again heehee and the 8p per click ones for highstreet web and kelkoo etc...
With any luck I have another £20 to come and if Virgin games get their back ends in gear then another whopping £50!!!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

As I understand it, websites pay other websites to provide links to them (obviously Martin's site is a big exception to this). Rather than keep all the money for themselves, quidco then redistribute the money to their customers (you and me). I got £80 for opening an Alliance and Leicester account at the start of the year, the money has just arrived in my paypal account. No strings attached - fantastic!Debt Oct 2005: £32,692.94
Current debt: £14,000.00
Debt free date: June 20080 -
Quidco is not the only place to earn free money. Have a look at this thread.

Actually I'm pretty sure that this site does get referal fees and relys on it to run this site.
It's not a bad thing though. Basically rather than quidco receiving the referal money they give it back to the customer for only £5 a year membership fee. They only take that money if you have earnt enough. Therefore it's a great way of making money. I'm waiting on £120 for only having laid out about £40! :j0 -
i got £20 for opening a savings account no problem.
But i had £15 declined from blockbuster dvd trial, they now say you get £7.50 for trial and £7.50 for becoming a paying customer. so i completely missed out and got nothing. It was a really good dvd rental company though i got loads of my top choices. Luckily i didn't spend any of my own money.
Quidco is great for things you were going to get anyway. Have fun going through all the offers

Do Paypal take a fee like they do with ebay?

Yes, I had a payment from a cashback site today and the b*stards of paypal charged me!! Although I had another payment from another one and they didn't
I think it might be how they send it, the first one said it was sent by me! The other from someone else.
Sorry about the waffle! But generally I do think they charge!:pOfficial DFW Nerd no. 082! :cool:Debt @ 01/01/2014 £16,956 Debt now: £0.00 :j
