Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations on antivirus software for a windows server 2008 r2 running on a home network.
Was hoping to use forefront but this doesn't work with server 2008 r2
Any suggestions much appreciated.

We'll be running AVG AntiVirus Business Edition on SBS 2008 Premium, if that's of any use/interest to you. This will replace Forefront. Of course it is just Windows Server 2008, not R2...0

Sophos does get good recommendations on Internet chatter (and word of mouth) as an all-in-one solution (again, I am speaking solely of Windows Server 2008).0

as far as i know, the R2 versions of server OS's are just mainly bugfixes (and 08r2 can properly manage win7 unlike the plain 08) and anything that supports 08 should work fine on 08r2.
sophos and kaspersky have got good recommendations from some of my friends who manage large networks.0 -
