Are Pilkington EnergiKare Units as good as or better than ordinary double glazed units with just pilkington K glass and argon gas? The difference seems to be the Optiwhite glass that the Energikare units use on the outer pane. These are supposed to let through more sunlight than standard glass, but I have yet to find any technical specs which show any difference between the two. One company that is not using Energikare quotes a U value of 1.4, the one that is using it quotes 1.5!! Which one is telling the truth here?
Hoping that any window experts here can help me please.

Practically speaking the difference is so nominal you or I could both not tell which had been installed. We always install with pilk k and argon it meets the requirements.0
