They are such liars! Got my delivery today minus an item. Not a problem, just a stocking filler.
I got an e-mail at dinner time saying they'd tried to call me today to let me know & were sorry for missing item.
Did 1471 on the phone just in case had missed a call. Last number was a few days ago from my DH. No missed calls on my mobile.
Why lie?! lol!

Possibly, they misdialled your number? Having said that, a company was embarrassed after telling me that once, only to have to admit that they had never had my ex-directory phone number.0

I hate toys r us, big dirty shop, security guard follows you around, staff without fail are unhelpful.
I'd rather go elsewhere even i it means paying extra!0
