Collected mine about 2pm.

It was sitting in a trolley at the side of the customer service desk when I arrived.

Lady said that they had been popular - I was the 3rd person to pick one up today

They produced the Reserve & Collect paperwork which was scanned at the till - once for the R&C option and then a 2nd time for the price - £20 no problem

When I got there I did wonder if there would be a problem over the price given that where the all carpets were on display, all the price labels for this carpet at this size were (what I presume was "half price" ) a pricely £59.99

i tried to reserve the rug in three diff stores but was called to be told that they dont have it in stock. i was however given an option to place an order in store for the rug and pay . they said that they will place an order for the rug to be shipped. when i asked if i would hae to pay £20 for the rug ,the staff member said yes. does this means i still have hope .badly want this rug

Firstly many thanks to OP.

Bought 1 last night, hadn't bothered to measure room, got it home and realised we could use 2.

Tried the 'reserve & collect' but Bolton and all North West stores were showing as 'out of stock'.

Took a chance and went back today, bought another; and there were still 15(ish) left. Strangely they had been moved from the flooring section to the lighting section.

Made both purchases up to £30 and got 2 free Christmas trees!
