    Can't fault the B&Q Reserve & Collect service.

    Went through Quidco so hopefully tracked and £2 (plus 6% ???) will appear shortly.

    Within a minute of completing the order I got a text message confiming the order number, that it had gone through Ok and that I should be able to collect after 10am tomorrow morning.

    5 minutes later got a phone call from the store confirming they have my rug and I can collect as soon as I want - tonight even :) :j

    My reservation in Warrington was canceled...following both the email and text message, which are obviously just knee jerk reaction mails.
