I bought 2 pairs of shoes via their website on 13th October - have ordered from them in the past with no problems. The shoes didn't arrive...I gave it a bit longer as I knew there had been postal problems in that area...still nothing by the beginning of November, so I called on the 6th and someone took my details, sounded suprised I hadn't got them and said they would look into it and call me back...no-one called back and since then, their phoneline just leads to an answering machine and no reply to emails.

Has anyone heard anything about them going under? I paid with my Visa debit card - do I have any rights to reclaim the cash via the bank? I know credit card would have offered more protection but as I'd shopped with them before and I only had my Visa on me at the time, I used that.
