I need to sell my property within the next couple of months and I am considering using a professional Property buying Company.
Anyone got any advise on using these? Any first hand experiences etc?

got quotes from them for a house I eventually sold 2 years ago, they were not generous even then and I heard that some of them will reduce the offer further just before exchange when you haven't got much choice. Eventually sold the house for 83k more than they offered.
They say that will offer 70-80% of the open market value - ie the amount that they couold currently rapidly sell the house for in today's market ... very low amount I would have thought. Best to reduce the price yourself and sell0 -
were is the house??0

if the urgency of the sale is more important than the price then its an option.
if you are expecting full or near full market price then no.
have you tried an attractive price via an EA?"enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0 -
We have through an agent but not much interest due to the current market0
